ABOUT THE BOOK

Integrative methods in Auricular Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, homeopathy, and psychology have shown great potential to advance the field of mental health, as well as healthcare in general. Presented in this book, are the main aspects of how to treat PTSD and trauma of the soul, as edited and translated from sections on the core treatment method in the German text, Psychische Verletzungen — Seelische Traumen: wer wirklich unser Leben mit positivem und negativem Qi lenkt, by Drs. med. Frank Bahr and Christiane Wesemann.

These methods have relevance beyond the intended audience of Auricular Medicine practitioners, and should spark interest from healthcare and wellness professionals across a broad range of integrative practices — especially those who are challenged by the complexity and therapy resistance of chronic trauma, PTSD.

This book is relevant for anyone interested in the emotional health of an increasingly traumatized society, and the effects that emotions have on our nervous system as reflected by the auricular reflex system mapped somatotopically onto our ears. The methods presented relate to the idea that energetic information (frequencies) can provide otherwise hidden assessment and treatment possibilities through resonance. Resonance affects us all, it is what brings us feelings of harmony when listening to music, or hurtful discord through the negativity projected by others who are unwell.

In Auricular Medicine, the ears are known as a window to the brain. And with this book, the Governor Vessel (a meridian along the spine and cortex) will be known as the window into the timeline of trauma — generational trauma, trauma experienced from birth to present day, and anticipated trauma based on constitutional weaknesses.

Very nice product. Not that difficult to put together. I did it by myself just following the instructions exactly. Have gotten compliments from my friends. Fits a lot. Would definitely recommend. Nicely designed.

Pleasantly surprised!
The cart is super-sturdy, easy to assemble, and looks surprisingly nice. You would think that the “wood” (the rustic oak) on this cart would look hideous, but it’s not - and it looks good with the black metal. Just make sure you have your own tools, like a screw driver with a 4 mm hex bit or an impact driver or screw driver with a 4 mm hex bit; it would take way too long with the supplied hex wrench, which although a good quality, is just too slow to use.)

The directions to build it were clear, and it was simple to put together alone. The wood and metal are good quality and the 3 shelves provide a lot of storage. I have no complaints.

Great design for a kitchen sink organizer -- will not tip or accumulate water
We've had an Oxo kitchen sink organizer for years, and it's been fine, except 1) tall brushes (for example, Oxo brushes) make it tippy, stray elbows or imperfect placement of the brush would knock it into the sink and 2) it built up a soapy sludge in the bottom that that had to be drained and wiped down constantly. This item solves both issues perfectly. Likes: Size - I think it's about 5 inches deep, which is just right to fit the strip of countertop that runs behind the sink, up against the backsplash Weight - The drying stone in the bottom gives the baskets some real heft, so there is no tipping it over by bumping a brush handle -- it really stays put Drying stone -- The diatomaceous drying stone that slides into the bottom of the main basket is a great idea. These are porous stones that will absorb water and then allow it to evaporate fairly quickly. So far, it seems to be doing its job well. I'm sure the stone will need a wipe down now and then to stay clean, but no puddles of sludgy soapy water in the bottom is a big plus Overall Design/Build quality -- The unit seems solid. It's a simple design, but there are no sharp edges or unfinished bits. Once in place it doesn't wobble a bit. I wasn't sure about the black powder-coated finish, but installed it looks clean and it's unobtrusive. I appreciate that the smaller basket for tall brushes sits on hooks and can be hung inside or outside the main basket. Ours sits inside, but there's plenty of room left over for sponges . And there's still room to stand up a bottle of liquid detergent or counter-top spray. NOT SO LIKES Nothing so far. I notice a lot of this style of sink organizer on Amazon, so presumably they're selling well. It's a great improvement over the older kinds. Five big, clean, well-organized stars. Highly recommended.
