FLEX TECH FIT & BREATHABLE DESIGN:

Dawn Flex uses an extra cushioned interior of connected EPS foam segments, for an ultra-comfortable and protected head coverage. Dawn helmet has fourteen air vents that permit maximum airflow to keep your head cool and comfortable. The ventilated design is particularly important for bikers and skateboarders who are out there doing their practice on warm weather days. Comfort padding protects your brain during inadvertent accidents on varying trail conditions.

TUNED FIT w/ ADJUSTABLE PADS:

Dawn Flex comes with two sizes of pre-formed pads for bikers to easily adjust their fit. It is important that bikers use these pads for a secure and snug fit on their head. The helmet will stay in place without wobbling or falling during inadvertent falls, crashes, or accidents. The premium, heat-sealed pads can be removed and cleaned, which is very important as active sports can get very sweaty too often. Pads are quick-drying after hand or machine wash.

TSG Dawn Flex uses special hardshell construction to connect shock-absorbing EPS foam segments to PP hard shells, creating super-strong helmets with extreme stability. TSG uses a less intrusive, full-cut design with advanced flex tech instant fit that helps with shielding of impact forces. The hardshell coverage extends down to cover the ears as well.

The low-fit profile covers the complete side and back of the head without limiting visibility or mobility. TSG Bike helmets have ample airflow channels to prevent heat build-up by circulating fresh air for riding comfort.

A good fit is extremely important for comfortable biking or skateboarding. Bikers can easily adjust the fit using pads of different thickness inside the helmet. It is particularly important that bikers try out and optimize the fit using these pads so that they can ride in comfort with better riding focus.
