Players take on the roles of Council members, each guiding one of six nobles with personal goals, secret storylines, and clashing ideologies. Each game presents Dilemma cards with major decisions, pushing players to vote, spend Power, trade Resources, bribe rivals, and negotiate deals to advance their agendas. Choices permanently shape the campaign, opening envelopes and Mystery Bags that introduce new events, rules, resources, tokens, stickers, and agenda cards. Territory management adds another layer as players expand, construct, and govern their lands while the kingdom’s future shifts around them.
