Care Instructions:

  • Diminish normal shedding with regular vacuuming.
  • Clip loose fibers with scissors.
  • Give creases in the rug a few days to diminish.

  • Use a sponge or cloth to blot (not rub) spills immediately.
  • Clean professionally as needed.
  • Rotate rugs every few months to prevent fading as they will fade in direct sunlight.
  • Not for outdoor use. For indoor use only.

I will admit, I thought their picture was off, because when I saw 16" in the title I was expecting the distance between the knots to be 16 inches in length. So if you're looking for a good length tug-of-war rope for a medium to large dog, look somewhere else. I'm not returning it, it's good quality cotton rope asides that. My dog needs a new toy and cotton ones are harder to find. Next time I'm going to their amazon store directly to look for what I wanted though. I will buy from them again, I like the quality and the fact that, for once, cotton is actually cotton.

The center of the rope also began to unravel. This toy may be suitable for smaller dogs or those that aren’t aggressive chewers, but I wouldn’t recommend it for large dogs or heavy chewers. Additionally, while it may measure 14 inches before being knotted at the ends, the total length is shorter than advertised.
