When we thought of the perfect overdriven sound we thought of the MORE pushing an amp. Unfortunately at some of the higher settings the difference between on and off would make switching it in and out not feasible for live. The Tone Druid simulates a MORE pushing a 12ax7 with master volume after it. It is very much like another channel of an amp. It was originally designed for guitar but has since been tested on bass, keyboards, and drum machines. It is great for fly in gigs where you are being presented with unknown amps. Think of tube warmth. It is our tube screamer killer.
