I'm so so soo bummed because it was amazing and so relieving for the brief moment I was able to use it. I thought my search was over. I did not have any trouble with the tip drying out while applying until 2 weeks ago which is your sign that it's time to purchase a fresh pen. I will continue to purchase this product for as long as they make it.
