Purple-banded onyx with coexisting fluorite generator points is a natural crystal specimen featuring onyx-like chalcedony with rich purple banding and multiple fluorite generators. This Archive piece comprises five specimens measuring 9.6–12.8 cm in height, 2.3–3.3 cm in width, and 85–247 g in weight. Each piece preserves natural surface cavities and distinct color variation, best observed in natural light. An information card detailing the crystal name and properties accompanies the piece.
Formation & Characteristics
Onyx, a form of chalcedony within the earth-proximate mineral family, forms through layered silica deposition in voids. The purple banding reflects differing mineral content within the matrix. Fluorite generator points occur in combination with the onyx, creating a coexistent assemblage. The outer surfaces exhibit natural cavities and inclusions, with color and translucency varying among individual pieces. Crystals are photographed in natural light to convey true coloration. The items are described as energetically cleansed and reactivated prior to delivery.
