The cotton ‘sledges’ also work as an alignment guide for the coil jig while acting as a shaping device for the cotton which will be easily accommodated and positioned for optimal juice feeding and air circulation. Two wells act both as a reservoir for dirty condensation and, being directly positioned below the air intake, increasing air vortexes around the coil. Project specifications were to achieve high turbulence inside the chamber, to enhance flavor, while keeping a silent laminar intake and exhaust. This goal was reached after several tests by implementing two opposite air intake pins in a large but low evaporation chamber allowing a massive vapor production while controlling temperature. The air pins set guarantees a high degree of customization allowing every kind of vaper to reach its ideal draw experience.
