This garment is intentionally close-fitting and very stretchy - it may look small off the body. Wear PolyPro™ next to skin, then add thermal/neoprene mid-layers and a shell as needed.

Yes - they’re designed as the next-to-skin base beneath neoprene LongJohns, wetsuits or dry layers.
