What's Inside?

*The Bigger BonBon - We used to call these bonbons. Now they’re just... bigger. Same smooth chocolate ganache, same recipe from the EHChocolatier days—just cut into a 30mm square instead of 22.5mm. Sized for anyone who always wanted one more bite.

• Earl Grey – Silky dark chocolate ganache infused with Rishi's Earl Grey. Decorated with a diagonal line.
• Vila Gracinda  – Smooth dark chocolate ganache made with a single-origin chocolate from the island country of São Tomé off the western coast of central Africa. Topped with 3 swirls.

*Candied Hazelnut & Orange Peel Cup – A dark chocolate blend filled with crunchy candied Oregon hazelnuts and candied orange peel from France. 
*Dipped Apricot – A soft, tangy California Blenheim apricot half dipped in dark chocolate and left to set. Bright, chewy, and not overly sweet.
*Rocher of the Day – Caramelized cornflakes, brown rice crispies, tart cherries, and a touch of coconut folded into Bahibe milk chocolate and topped with a swishes of dark chocolate.
*Salted Caramel Dome – Picked (back in the day) as one of The New York Times "Best in Box" - a rich salted caramel balanced within a blended dark chocolate dome
