About the Print: Revel in the warmth of Fleur de Soleil. Inspired by antique beauty — 1891 watercolour and graphite studies of magnolia blossoms for Tiffany & Co., Victorian lithographs of ripe peaches, and a whimsical 1830 sketch of a fountain and garden pavilion. Trimmed with butterflies and moths from an early 19th-century insect encyclopedias. Rendered in soft washes of peach, coral, sage, and sun-warmed tan, it feels like the memory of a perfect day.
