This hands-on Parent & Child Baking Experience is specially designed for 1 parent and 1 child aged 6–12 years old. From mixing and kneading to layering and decorating, you’ll enjoy making delicious bakes from scratch while learning practical baking skills in a fun and engaging way. Guided by our experienced instructors, this is the perfect activity for quality bonding time with a sweet reward at the end.

🍰 What You’ll Make

✨ Mini Confetti Naked Cake
Bake a vibrant confetti sheet cake, cut it into rounds, and stack it into a stylish three-layer mini naked cake. You’ll learn how to frost smoothly with cream cheese icing and assemble your cake like a pastry chef.
✔ One full mini cake per participant

🍞 Handmade Focaccia
Get your hands doughy! Mix and knead focaccia entirely by hand, then finish it with rosemary, flaky sea salt, and extra virgin olive oil. Soft, airy, and seriously satisfying.
✔ One full focaccia slab to take home

Learning points:

• How to hand-fold focaccia dough

• Learn about basic fermentation and proofing time

• How to shape dough

• How to make Confetti cake batter (pair work)
  

• Baking temperature and duration

• Storage instructions

Duration: 3.5 hours

This class will be conducted in English only. 

Equipment, tools, ingredients, apron and boxes will be provided.
