With a new-generation 640 × 512 thermal sensor, sub-15 mK sensitivity, integrated 1,000 m laser rangefinder, and ballistic calculator, it is well suited to deer management, fox control, and wider professional field use.
TECHNICAL OVERVIEW: The Stellar 3.0 SQ50L is designed as a high-specification thermal riflescope that retains a traditional scope profile while introducing advanced thermal capability. It uses a 640 × 512 thermal sensor with sub-15 mK NETD sensitivity and delivers magnification from 3.6x to 26.6x, with stated detection range out to 2,600 m. The integrated 1,000 m laser rangefinder works with the ballistic calculator to display the holdover point on the reticle, while shutterless imaging removes the momentary freeze associated with conventional thermal shutter systems. The scope also uses a round high-definition display, Image Pro 2.0 enhancement, and a dual-power setup with internal rechargeable battery plus removable 18650 battery for a stated runtime of up to 9 hours.
