The liquid rubber is easy to apply and has a very high and permanent elasticity (900%). HBS-200 protects against corrosion and erosion.
This liquid rubber is also salt and chemical resistant. Other advantages include that the rubber is paintable, solvent-free, VOC-free, and non-toxic.
For seam, gap, and crack bridging applications, you should use Geotextile.
The content of the jar is 1 liter.
Application
The HBS-200 liquid rubber is suitable for various materials such as concrete, metal, stone, wood, bitumen, zinc, PVC, and EPDM. For applications on EPDM, it is advisable to test it first. You can apply this liquid rubber both indoors and outdoors: gutter systems, shower drains, pipe penetrations, wall joints, expansion joints, window connections, and ground details.
The rubber is also suitable as a waterproof layer under tiling in damp areas such as bathrooms, swimming pools, balconies, and terraces.
The liquid rubber should be applied at a temperature above 5 degrees Celsius and can be exposed to (rain)water after 24 hours.
A roller or brush can be used for application. The rubber can also be sprayed under pressure using a paint pump.
