The Vibor Mirror is a quintessential example of Marco Oggian’s "monstrously" creative vision. Part of a larger family of products designed for Qeeboo, this mirror transcends its functional purpose to become a vibrant, anthropomorphic character that brings a sense of play and irony to any wall. Marco Oggian is celebrated for his ability to distill complex emotions into simple shapes and bold primary colors. With the Vibor Mirror he utilizes his signature "monster" aesthetic to create a piece that feels alive. The name "Vibor" plays on the word víbora (viper). The mirror features a fluid, undulating silhouette that mimics the slithering movement of a serpent. Typical of Oggian’s work, the frame is adorned with stylized eyes and rhythmic geometric patterns, turning the act of looking into the mirror into a shared gaze with the object itself. It rejects the "invisible" nature of traditional mirrors, using high-contrast colors to define the space and act as a piece of graphic art.
