Instructions

Directions for Use
Powder:
Mix about 1 teaspoon (2 grams) into your favorite beverage, one or more times/day. Note:  Adding AFA to a heated drink may dilute nutritional value.
Drink plenty of pure water throughout the day.

Capsules:
Take 3 capsules daily.
