What's the difference between Liquid Gold and Pump Princess?Each product has a different main herbal galactagogue that is the heavy hitter and puts the blend in a league of its own. How do I know which products are right for me?Here is our Product Comparison Chart. We all have unique body chemistries and sometimes a little trial and error is necessary to find the right lactation product for your body’s needs. What are the benefits of this product?The herbs in Pump Princess have been shown to assist with milk production, mammary gland stimulation, prolactin release, milk flow, let-downs, and can be insulin-sensitizing.

Does this product increase fat content in milk?Although a mother's diet doesn't affect the total amount of fat in breastmilk, it can influence the fatty acid composition. A diet rich in DHA and other polyunsaturated fatty acids will lead to an increased amount in breastmilk. Black seed in Pump Princess is a great natural source of omega-6 fats.

Can I combine supplements?We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time!

How long does it take to start working?Some parents notice a change within a few days, but we recommend taking each product for at least 7-10 days.

How soon after birth should I start taking the product?For parents with a history of low milk supply in a previous breastfeeding journey, beginning the supplements immediately postpartum may be appropriate. For first-time parents however, we usually suggest playing it by ear and reaching out to us if milk supply concerns develop.

Are these safe to take while pregnant?Out of an abundance of caution, we don't recommend taking Pump Princess while pregnant. Cash Cow however, can be taken after 36 weeks of pregnancy.

What dosage should I take?The suggested dose is 2 capsules, 3 times a day.

When should I take the products?3 times a day with a meal or a high-protein/healthy-fat snack. Many parents take them with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

When does the product expire?Pump Princess has a 3 year expiration date from manufacturing. Please refer to the bottom of your bottle for specific expiration date.

I can't swallow capsules, how can I take these?Some individuals who are not able to swallow capsules will open them and sprinkle the contents in a spoonful of applesauce or yogurt. It's best to not dilute them too much.

How long should I take the product?It varies! Some parents use our products for a short time to jump-start their supply and some parents take them for the duration of their breastfeeding journey.

When your one-night stand turns out to be the surgeon that you subpoenaed for a malpractice lawsuit.
Ana, an unappreciated lawyer, has been passed up for promotion to her male colleagues yet again. A malpractice lawsuit win could be what she needs to finally get the promotion she’s worked so hard for. Rachel, a cardiac surgeon who goes above and beyond for her patients, is subpoenaed to testify in a malpractice lawsuit. Arriving at the law firm for her deposition, Rachel discovers that the lawyer for the family who filed the lawsuit is Ana Mendez. As in Ana, her one-night stand.
I was excited to get my hands on this one! I loved that Ana and Rachel were so different from each other in personalities, looks, backgrounds, and religions. The differences made them unique and interesting to me. The banter was well-written, and I loved how feisty they were towards each other in the beginning. Was the dirty talk unexpected? Very much so. I was not prepared for that or for how hot things had gotten. And while I did enjoy the spice, I would’ve liked for there to have been more communication about the conflict too. The references to The Golden Girls and The Sims? Oh, I totally geeked out over that! Overall, it was a good sapphic romance that I’m sure others will enjoy.

A Conflict of Interest Worth Taking
Format: Paperback
This is the second book by Morgan Adams, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! One of the main characters, Ana Mendez, appears in Adams's first book, but that is not a requirement for reading this story about her and Dr. Rachel Cohen. One of the tropes in this book is one night to forever, and I enjoyed the time it took for the two characters to re-meet and figure out their issues.
I thought their relationship developed well on the page. It was believable, had some humor, and was QUITE spicy. I liked each character's relationships with friends and family, too; they helped to make Ana and Rachel more than just two women who are well-established in their careers.
A Conflict of Interest is a fascinating medical/legal story alongside a romantic one. I would recommend it to readers who want to read about two competent and mature adults who have to navigate their careers as well as a romance.
Thank you to the author and the publisher for the opportunity to read and review the arc of this book!

Great read.

Cardiac surgeon Rachel Cohen is doing what she always knew she wanted to do. Her family lived close by so when she wanted or needed her family, there they were. After working most of the night operating on people who arrived hurt and scared she was more than ready for a nice cold drink. It’s There she meets the drop-dead- gorgeous woman and since it’s been a while since she’d taken some play time for herself.
Ana Mendez has been trying to get herself noticed so maybe, just maybe when there is a promotion coming around her office. Ana’s family lived in the locality and like Rachel she found herself trying to make time for them but right now she hardly has time to think, getting ready for the trial that Ana felt she had to win.
Ana is looking for some fun and when she goes to the same bar,who should meet is one of the sexiest women Ana has seen. Since the attraction is kind of off the charts they both decide to add, hopefully, a lot of sex to their evening, That is how it all starts. Very nice read.
