| Remarks | The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ 12 slots version (HST type) is available as a special order. the surcharge of 12 slots is JPY6,000 (w / o tax). _x000D_ our processing of the rotor, the above package we have shipped in. Big Investment for a Lifetime of Quality

Several reviews mentioned a smell lingering with the sheepskin even after being unpacked a few days. I did notice the smell when I unpacked it, but I would expect a slight odor from such an item. It was not overpowering and is completely gone after one month of having it laid out on a chest in our bedroom. It is very functional, can be sat on, knelt on, etc, but is easily brushed off and looks great! The quality is very good…someone in my family is on it every night, and we have experienced no shedding whatsoever.
Although the price is a big investment initially, I believe the quality is worthy. We plan to enjoy this beautiful sheepskin for a lifetime!

Love it, but terrible smell at first

Really soft & my dog loves it. I used it as a throw over my couch for decor. The smell when I took it out of the package was probably one of the worst smells I’ve ever smelled. Like old broccoli or something. I left it outside to air out all day and that was gone.

Not premium quality! I've seen actual authentic ones before.

Despite all the positive reviews, I believe this product is subpar. There are genuine sheep skin Hydes but this product is NOT it. There is no leather embossing showing authenticity, and many signs of strong chemical treatment. Smell is lingering and I've aired them for over two days. Not very comfortable since the fur is very thick and coarse, you would expect it to be softer for the price as well. Not premium quality. I ordered this for my children to sleep on at long evening Church services but now I will look to more niche sellers for a higher quality product.

Soft and comfortable. Quality leather nsckrd. Genuine sheepskin. No off odors. I'm skinny and not on tailbone. Hoping this helps. The grey tipped is more of a bluish gray. Pretty but not s true gray.
