The grapes (Grenache 85%, Syrah 10%, Cinsault 5%) were grown on vineyards situated on the left bank of the Rhône. The soil in this area is alluvial and gravely offering fantastic conditions for grape growing. once picked the grapes were destemmedand whit vinification takeing place in stainless steel vats. Good extraction of the tanins during the wine making process was made by punching down. Whilst the maceration lasted around 15 days. Vinification took place under temperature-controlled conditions.
Food Pairing: Pairs fabulously with rustic French fare such as roasted red meat dishes or mature cheese.
