Unico spumante rosso a tre fermentazioni, frutto dell’antica tradizione contadina. Al vino base si aggiunge d’inverno il vino prodotto da uva dell’appassimento.

Allevamento: Guyot semplice

Vendemmia: Seconda decade di ottobre, a mano, selezione dei grappoli, in parte subito vinificati ed almeno il 40% posto in appassimento naturale in fruttaio

Vinificazione: prima fermentazione per 10-15 giorni in vasche d'acciaio con temperatura 22° - 24° C. Seconda fermentazione in dicembre gennaio dell’uva appassimento. Terza fermentazione, in primavera, preparazione della cuvée per la presa di spuma

Gradazione: (media) 12% vol

Caratteristiche: Colore rosso rubino con riflessi violacei, con spuma rossa persistente. Profumo fruttato caratteristico della Vernaccia Nera. Gusto vivace, che si equilibra magnificamente al residuo dolce

Abbinamenti: Tagliere di salumi e formaggi, ideale abbinato ai prodotti locali come il ciauscolo, il pecorino e ai dolci secchi caratteristi della zona

Suggerimenti: Servire in bicchieri a tulipano, ad una temperatura di circa 6-8 °C

Some errors, binding frightens me, story is good.

This hardcover collects Street Fighter Unlimited #1-4 of the ongoing series. The pages are not loose but you can see the binding very easily which frightened me a little on how I turned the pages. There are some grammatical errors that I started catching, I wish the editing team would have spent a little more time on it. I asked several people if what I read was correctly. I took a picture of one example of it as you can see on the attached pictures of the review. The story is basically Ryu, the Wandering Warrior questioning himself and seeking answers as he seeks balance. We learn of Gil's "Secret Society" and it leaves us with a cliff hanger. There was another story included that I had no idea where in the story it fit. It just gave me a "huh" moment. I look forward to reading Vol. 2 soon.
