• 2" fork to catch a larger valve handle
• Replacement spring and extension to hold the fork

HOW IT WORKS

Use this extension kit to replace the fork and clamps on your Titan actuator to accommodate larger ball valves up 2" and/or thicker pipes on your ball valve. You still need a quarter turn ball valve to use these accessories with your Titan Water Valve Actuator.

INSTALLATION

 Use on 1.5"-2" ball valves only. Follow the instructions carefully and never force any elements to avoid equipment damage and malfunction. 

1. Remove both clamps from the existing actuator by pushing each of them to the side away from the actuator.

2. Make note of the position of the fork relative to the Z-Wave button on the unit to make sure you are able to reassemble it correctly. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the screw at the bottom part of the fork to replace all of the parts except for the gasket and the screw, please keep it for the next step of the installation.

3. Reassemble the parts using the replacement fork, spring, and extension as well as the gasket and screw you kept aside. Make sure you position the fork facing you with the Z-Wave button location on the right side looking straight at the unit. Again, use a standard Phillips screwdriver to tighten the screw on the fork so all parts hold together.

4. Slide in the spacer joints on each side of the actuator, making sure the grooves are aligned properly. Use the included Allen wrench to secure the spacer joints from the bottom - this will secure them to the main unit.

5. Slide in the replacement clamps onto the spacer joints, aligning the groves and making sure the clamp fasteners are facing the same side as the fork. Position the clamps in the right distance from the fork so that the device fits on the pipe, taking any restrictions into account.

6. Use the included Allen wrench to secure the clamps to the spacer joints from the top.
