Each exhaust system that Barkers Performance manufactures is made of premium materials that are hand-welded right here in the USA. Barker's exhaust systems are hand-welded one at a time by skilled craftsmen, while most other aftermarket exhaust systems are mass-produced on large automated assembly lines. This is one of the many reasons that make Barker's exhaust systems different. The head pipe portion is made from 304 stainless steel that is Tig-welded with seam-reduced interior surfaces for smooth flow. The can is comprised of 6061 grade aircraft aluminum and comes standard in a brushed aluminum finish.
For serious riding, we highly recommend purchasing a fuel controller for your new system. A fuel controller will drastically improve the way your new exhaust system and Kawasaki KX450F perform. As your new system will require the added fuel flow, a fuel controller is essential for your Kawasaki to perform at its best. For optimal results, your dealer or a skilled technician should program the fuel controller prior to installation.
