Recommended daily dose: 1 tablespoon (15 ml). Children 4 years and older: 1 teaspoon (15 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. This product may contain small amounts of naturally occurring iron present in colloidal minerals.
