Hello! My journey as a poet has been shaped by a dual passion for the written word and the human psyche, which I had the privilege of exploring during my time at Johns Hopkins University, where I earned a BA in Creative Writing and Psychology.

I have been writing poetry since I was seven years old, and over the years, have come to understand the incredible power it holds in helping us navigate our feelings. Poetry is a timeless art form and an intimate conversation with the self and the world.

This collection is a culmination of my own experiences and a call to action to you, the reader, to embark on your own journey of self-expression through the written word. In a world that often asks us to stifle our emotions, I hope these verses encourage you to embrace them, both the big and the small, with an open heart and a blank page.
