Grown on an organic walnut farm in California, they are a select grade made predominantly of full walnut halves without pieces which are kept refrigerated both before and after soaking. If rancidity in walnuts is a concern for you, taste these, you will never purchase anywhere else again!
These certified Organic Walnuts have been soaked as Sally Fallon and the Weston A. Price Foundation suggests, and then dehydrated at low temperatures.
Our organic walnuts are fresh, flavorful, crispy and delicious. We do our best to procure the highest quality nuts available. They are soaked and dried under controlled conditions with commercial equipment in a USDA inspected kitchen. We take extra measures, such as refrigeration and vapor barrier packaging to insure that you receive only the best organic walnuts.
