Authentic Horween

Sourced from one of America's oldest tanneries (Chicago) — designed to weather but not wear out. Buffs out marks and scratches into a lustrous patina that becomes exclusively yours over months of carry.

Slim Modern Silhouette

Small enough to fit in any pocket, yet roomy enough for essential cards. Eliminates bulk without sacrificing the space you need for daily carry — the modern alternative to a thick traditional wallet.

Microfibre Protection

Premium microfibre interior lining provides a soft surface that protects cards from surface wear and keeps the internal structure clean and refined. Won't scratch the magnetic stripes or chip-printed surfaces.

Character That Evolves

From day one to day 100, your wallet develops a rich character unique to your lifestyle — a handsome, evolving piece of gear that tells your story through every mark and buffed edge.

Thermoformed Construction

Nomad's signature manufacturing process — leather bonded to a reinforcing fabric core, then moulded under intense heat and pressure. Prevents the stretching that plagues typical leather wallets, keeps cards secure long-term, and produces a clean architectural silhouette unlike traditional folded-leather construction.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many cards fit?
Comfortably 4-6 cards depending on card thickness. The thermoformed structure prevents stretching, so initial fit is the long-term fit — it won't stretch out and become loose like traditional leather wallets.
Card Wallet vs Card Wallet Plus?
Card Wallet is the slim minimalist option (4-6 cards). Card Wallet Plus is the higher-capacity sibling with additional pockets and slightly more bulk. Pick Card Wallet for true minimalism; Plus if you carry more cards or want a small cash pocket.
Will it fit cash?
No — this is a cards-only design. For wallets with cash compartments, look at Nomad's Bifold Wallet (folded bills) or Passport Wallet (flat bills).
How does it compare to MagSafe wallets?
Different category. MagSafe wallets attach to your iPhone; Card Wallet is a standalone wallet you keep in a pocket. Many users have both — MagSafe wallet for 1-2 "phone wallet" cards, Card Wallet for the rest of EDC.
Will it patina the same as Nomad's leather phone cases?
Yes — same Horween leather across the Nomad lineup. Daily-carry wallets typically patina faster than phone cases (more friction, more hand contact) — expect noticeable patina within 3-6 months of daily use.

Horween. Thermoformed. Lifetime patina.

Beautiful but terrible quality.
While I absolutely loved the idea of cutting boards with a stand, these were not the right choice. The wood is exceptionally soft and after the first use the gouges from my knife were pretty deep. After I washed the cutting board from cutting veggies, it started to splinter. Maybe I just got a defective set but I definitely do not recommend this set. Will be returning and getting a different brand/board.

A unique treatise
Format: Paperback
I've read part way through this book at this point, reading it together with a friend. It provides plenty material for discussion. It seems to me to be aimed at a seminary audience, as there are some theological and Greek grammatical terms used, but not fully explained. It's not quick reading, but it makes up for that in the unique content. The content is to take a dozen key passages whose interpretation has varied over the last couple thousand years, and show exactly how these interpretations have varied. The title of the book, "...in Full Circle" refers to the idea that some contemporary interpretations have more in common with the most ancient church fathers than they do with their immediate predecessors over the last four or five hundred years. All in all, it's a fascinating way of looking at scripture - through the eyes of influential authors over the course of almost twenty centuries.
