1. Please order the print or canvas size you require - please note any frame shown is for illustrative purposes only and is not included

2. Please send your chosen photo for the design via the Etsy chat system or to use via email. Please use the personalisation box for any names or dates you would like us to add to your Watercolour Print.

3. Once we have created your design we will send you a proof image for your approval.

4. Once you confirm you are 100% satisfied then will proceed to printing your order or arranging to send you the digital file to download (JPG file)

* Please note: Please ensure the photo you send is high quality and shows a clear and unobstructed view of the house or property.

* We aim to despatch all orders within 2-5 days.

Returns and Exchange Policy – A Standard 14 days return policy applies to all products apart from any designs or items that are personalised. Any returns must be returned in the same new condition that they arrived including all packaging to qualify for a full refund.
