Its reading of SpO2 (peripheral oxygen saturation) is not always identical to the reading of SaO2 (arterial oxygen saturation) from arterial blood gas analysis, but the two are reliably enough correlated that the safe, convenient, noninvasive, inexpensive pulse oximetry method is valuable for measuring oxygen saturation in clinical use.The fingertip pulse oximeter model CMS-50DL is designed to provide an accurate, yet affordable, way for spot-checking blood oxygen saturation levels and pulse rate. A blood-oxygen monitor displays the percentage of blood that is loaded with oxygen. More specifically, it measures what percentage of hemoglobin, the protein in blood that carries oxygen, is loaded. Acceptable normal ranges for patients without pulmonary pathology are from 95 to 99 percent. This oximeter is designed for sports and aviation use mainly. Comes with a free carrying case and lanyard, this is not a medical device and cannot provide accurate measurements of your SpO2 and PR.

Perfect for my body and fit preference, plus COTTON

Update: Different color packs fit differently. I've purchased two packages, one all-black and one black with the colorful waistbands. The all-black are a little smaller. IMO the all-black run a half to a full size small, and the black with the colorful waistbands run true to size.
Listen, all of our bodies and preferences are so different, but these are perfect for my body and my fit preference. They hit at my bellybutton and I would describe the length as short-boyshorts, but not hipsters. Most importantly, they're cotton, which my body reacts much better to these days.

They're ok

These are ok. I'm 5'6", 150lbs. I got a large. The colors are fun. The waist band is comfortable, fits well, doesn't dig in, and sits high enough to not affect a my C-section scar, but they constantly ride up.
