Bright ruby colour. It is sophisticated, with an exotic aroma that blends spice notes with wild red fruits. Cedar and cocoa notes complete the aromatic profile, adding complexity and depth. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with present, mature, and well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and exotic, leaving a lasting impression of spices and red fruits

Food Pairing
Matured red meats, pork stew, game and aged cheeses.

Vinification
Manual harvest in 15 kg crates. Manual selection on a sorting table. After destemming and crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, with maceration suited to the characteristics of the grapes.

Vineyards
Between 15 and 20 years old, between 600 and 700 meters.

These have turned out to be great everyday shoes for my 5 year old. She normally wears a size 10, but since that size wasn’t available, I ordered the 11 expecting her to grow into them.
