Also included in this stage is ICON's CDC Valve front and rear shocks, for those desiring an easy way to tune the ride externally with 10 settings, from soft to hard. ICON's Stage 4 System is comprised of dual rate coil springs, 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir front and CDCV piggyback reservoir rear shocks, adjustable front track bar with massive FK rod end, alignment cams for adding caster, and rear leaf spring expansion packs with blocks and U-bolts for a more compliant ride and reduced axle wrap. ICON 2.5" remote reservoir and piggyback reservoir shocks ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during heavy use. Only holds towels in place when it is full or 1/2 full

If you are buying this for the feature of holding the paper towels in place so you can just rip one, I think you will be disappointed. Once the roll becomes smaller (and I tried changing the arm) the arm does not touch the towels. I do like the firm grip on the counter. My other dissatisfaction is the base gets water spots. Being near the sink this happens frequently. It does its job and is attractive.
