Ripe Nashi pears are complemented by exotic aromas of sweet spices (think cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg), rose water and spicy glacè ginger. The wine is rich and opulent in the mouth with a soft, mouthcoating texture balanced by refreshing acidity.
Food Pairing: Excellent persistence of flavour, and a lingering spicy finish, ensure the wine is satisfying either on its own, or partnered with a wide range of foods, particularly Asian-inspired dishes.
