Perfect for Small Aquariums

The hygger Titan water heater boasts a sleek, low-profile design, measuring just 4.3 inches by 1.8 inches by 0.9 inches, making it space-efficient and discreet. Thanks to two robust suction cup mounts, it can be easily concealed behind filters, wood, or rocks. The flat design enables vertical and horizontal placement at the gravel-free bottom of an aquarium, which is ideal for heating low water levels in turtle tanks or other shallow setups, provided the heating element is fully submerged. This compact heater is suitable for saltwater and freshwater aquariums ranging from 1 to 20 gallons, perfect for betta, turtle, shrimp, and planted tanks.

Robust and Reliable Design

The hygger Titan compact water heater is a Tiny Titan in terms of safety and construction. It incorporates a shatterproof quartz tube, which is encased within two heating element mica plates and reinforced with nickel wire. This is all housed in a high-impact plastic casing, ensuring the safety of your aquatic pets while effectively maintaining the desired water temperature. The heater is securely held in position by two powerful suction cups. To maintain optimal performance, the detachable case design allows for easy cleaning, preventing the buildup of debris or mineral deposits that could otherwise impede its functionality.

External Knob Controller

The external knob controller provides the convenience of setting the desired temperature without the need to get your hands wet, which is particularly beneficial during the colder winter months. It offers an adjustable temperature range from 59°F to 93°F in 1-degree increments, allowing precise control. Additionally, the Titan heater has a memory function that retains the last setting even when unplugged for water changes.

At-a-glance Temperature LCD

Effortlessly keep track of your water temperature with the digital LCD. The Titan heater rod features a real-time temperature readout and an indicator light that provides visual cues: it glows red when the heater is actively warming the water and switches to green once the desired temperature is achieved.

Auto Shut Off

The heater has an auto shut-off feature that provides overheat protection when removed from the water. This safety mechanism ensures that your aquatic livestock is protected from damage. The heater will automatically turn off before the temperature exceeds the desired level.

Easy to Clean

The shatterproof plastic guard not only safeguards fish and turtles from impact and direct contact but also facilitates easy heating element cleaning. The heater guard can be easily detached, making cleaning hassle-free.

Instructions for Use

The device will display an error code to alert you to take corrective action if any issues arise.

Usage Tips:

  1. An “Er” error code indicates that the water level is too low, necessitating the need to position the heater deeper.
    2. The power cord measures 6.5 feet in length.
    3. It is recommended to clean the heater rod every month.

Excellent Tool For Drilling Shelf Pin Holes
I had a project where I was extending the depth of the bottom half of a bookcase I had made out of pre-drilled MDF from Home Depot. The original bookcase was 11" deep x 10' high. The extended depth of the bottom is to be used to hold audio gear and needed to be 18" depth, front to rear. I was able to increase the depth but had to insert additional panels on the left and right so that shelf pins could be installed. I needed a shelf pin jig to do that, and this jig was perfect for the job. After completing my holes and mounting some shelves I was pleased that the alignment with the inner portion of the shelf was perfect and the distance between holes lined up exactly as with the original panels from Home Depot. The jig is high quality fabricated aluminum, not plastic, and it comes with two drill bits, and stop and Allen wrench, including an instruction manual, all in an attractive plastic case. The jig is well worth the modest price and I would definitely recommend it for drilling shelf clip holes.

a solid choice
I realized I don't need to drill 5mm holes, so this item is just perfect. It's higher quality than those other cheap-chinese noname jigs. In particular: * The stop collar provided actually fits the drill bit. I had one from Tanyo that had too-big collars that didn't stay put. * The fence pins are very soilid, so the jig doesn't move while in place. Other brands have a long knurled screw that wobbles and allows the kiig to move around. * The plate is thick, making it feel sturdy. * It's phyically smaller than the others, because it doesn't have any useless features like euro-hinge hole guides. The case is more compact and stores well. Overall, very satisfied with this jig.

very nice tool
likes, all aluminum construction, seems very accurate and uses more sturdy 1/4 inch shelf pins instead of the 5mm ones comes with 2 bits which is a huge plus the competition makes you buy the 1/4 drill and only is set up for 5mm to start. this jig will work along side, for now, my other jig dislike is the fact it only has 1/4 pin capability not a deal killer in any way, and it has "pins" to support the jig on the edge again this is both an advantage and disadvantage as you can change the depth of where the pins are located BUT if you are making something smaller the jig may not calibrate consistently. on another positive you can replace the bits easily and commonly as they are not proprietary and simply standard 1/4 inch bits this will be a fine addition to my other goingmake tools and future ones
