When you show the book (phase 1) The reindeer will not be there.

Then you react like something went wrong and you manage to understand what you need to do to make them appear. It's the magic word. The magic word is "Corn". They shout it out (phase 2) and when you open the book it will appear chickens.

Confused, you realized that the correct word is not "corn", its "grass". So, you ask the kids to shout the magic word. And when they do (phase 3), you open the book and will appear zebras.

At the end (phase 4), you remember that the correct word is not "corn" or "grass", its "cookies". They shout the word "cookies", and all the reindeer will appear.
