Offering legendary adhesion, it sticks to tough surfaces including chalky siding and hardboard. Formulated with high-performance polymers, Bulls Eye Zero Primer blocks common stains such as residual nail head rust stains, asphalt, creosote, cedar or redwood tannin bleed, lipstick, crayon and grease. It seals porous surfaces, like drywall, new wood, concrete and “builders flat” in just one coat.
Bulls Eye Zero Primer flows and levels beautifully to create a smooth, flat finish. The ideal undercoater for oil or latex enamel, it has great enamel holdout and easily sands to a smooth uniform finish to prevent variations in topcoat gloss.
The water-base formula is low odor, fast drying and can be recoated in just one hour. Clean up is soap and water easy, too. Bulls Eye Zero is packaged in a container made from 100% recycled plastic, and both the container and label are 100% recyclable.

Has shoulder pads.
The jacket has shoulder pads that don't necessarily show on the image in the purchase area. Pretty pronounced so if that's not your thing definitely stay away. Got lucky and it doesn't look too bad on me but it took so long to receive the package I don't feel like going through the refund process so I'm dealing with it. Quality is great tho
