Podfuck 2018Roughly 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Blaufrankisch, and 20% Pinot Blanc, this vintage marks the year where Podfuck became a red wine instead of a skin contact white. The grapes are spontaneously fermented together in open top vats then aged in wooden barrels for 2 years. Notes of red berries, and leather on this red with a bit of a wild side, light to medium body and lower tannins make this wine very approachable and versatile with food. Grape Variety: Pinot
