OmegaPure 600 EC™: Is International Fish Oil Standards (IFOS) five-star certified, which assures the highest level of purity,stability, and potency in fish oils. Each fish-gelatin–based softgel provides 600 mg of EPA and DHA. The softgels are coveredwith a GRAS-certified enteric coating so that they are easy to swallow and the EPA/DHA content is optimally absorbed. EPAand DHA from fish oil promote wellness by supporting cardiovascular health, cytokine balance, joint health, and brain andnervous system function.*

Oraxinol™: An innovative blend of ORAC botanicals. ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) is a rating developed by the National Institute on Aging to measure antioxidant capacity. An ORAC rating of 6000 μmol TE (trolox equivalents), as found in two capsules of Oraxinol, has been shown to have the antioxidant equivalent of five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables.*

Gibson kindly and directly delivers clear insights into EI behavior, which applies to any adult in your life. Self-Care for Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents: Honor Your Emotions, Nurture Your Self, and Live with Confidence, deals with caring for yourself in ongoing relationships with EI people. These techniques are grouped by where and when you may encounter EI people to use the book as a reference guide. If you are close to someone who exhibits EI behaviors, you can flip to that section. If you work with EI people, there's a section for coworkers. This book focuses on how you nurture yourself and your identity once you've worked on healing from childhood trauma. Gibson does a superb job of sharing direct context about EI people. She pulls no punches about EI people's damage but gives space to encourage growth and break the multi-generational trauma.
