Our Nori Sprinkle is made in-house with the finest ingredients that are hand selected and prepared.

All of our ingredients are transformed in a way to maximize the nutritional value. For example, the ume vinegar is poured onto glass and allowed to dry at low temperatures. Upon removal from the glass, a powder is created and we then add it to the Gobo Root Oil and nori to create a concentrated flavor without degrading the quality of the ume nutrients.

Nori Seaweed

Ume Plum

Umeboshi plums are a pickled/fermented plum that is widely used in Asian cuisine and medicine. This sour and salty fruit is usually found as a whole plum, a paste, or a vinegar. We offer it in a paste here on Shen Blossom as well, and it is amazing.

Ume is a powerful antioxidant, containing over 20 different antioxidant compounds that significantly support heart health and protect against free radical oxidation. According to some research, ume has also been shown to help maintain the health of your gums, due to its anti-microbial activity. Gobo Root Oil

Our gobo root and seed is infused in wild black sesame seed oil that is stone ground in small batches to limit any unnecessary oxidation and to preserve the vibrancy and flavor of the natural seed oil.
