The Revo Roto Sensored from E3D is more than an extruder – it is a high-performance module specifically developed to exploit the full potential of the Revo High Flow Systems. With a perfectly balanced ratio of weight, power, and functionality, it is the ideal solution for those who do not want to compromise between performance and weight.
Power meets lightness
Weighing only 146 g and offering over 70 N of extrusion force, the Revo Roto provides one of the best power-to-weight ratios on the market. Thanks to the three-stage gearbox – consisting of a planetary gear, a spur gear, and a dual-hob output – power is optimally transmitted. Even at maximum material flow, control is maintained – without filament grinding, even under extreme demands.
Maintenance? Made easy.
The Roto was designed with accessibility in mind: three screws are enough to remove the heatsink and filament path – the main housing remains firmly mounted. The new filament tension system has also been revised: with just one hand movement, the tension can be released or set to optimal tightness – ideal for cold pulls or quick filament changes between print jobs.
Thermal design – uncompromisingly thought through
The highlight: the 3D-printed metal heatsink – manufactured using the SLM process. This unique component not only offers a visually impressive look but also maximum thermal efficiency. Heat is deliberately separated from the hot zone, airflow is guided rather than disturbed – the result: perfect cooling, even during long and heat-intensive printing processes.
