Freshly stretched hot Mozzarella dough can be formed into beautiful shapes & sizes by skilled cheesemakers. Treccia or braid shaped Mozzarella is visually stunning & makes for a perfect centerpiece for your dinner party, when served with roasted cherry tomatoes, basil & oodles of extra virgin olive oil.

This Cheese pairs very well with a sparkling wine like Prosecco or a fizzy red wine like a Lambrusco.
