Beris Pelham Short, Tongue Port Snaffle Hard Grey/Brown 130 mmThe tongue port bar has an especially flattened shape to the port. This gives the tongue optimum room. Many horses respond to this with improved suppleness and increased chewing. This bit is also very well suited to horses that play with their tongues, trying to get their tongue over the bit, as the port effectively prevents this. This mouthpiece is thus eminently suited to horses that do not tolerate traditionally shaped bits due to the pressure on

This bit is also very well suited to horses that play with their tongues, trying to get their tongue over the bit, as the port effectively prevents this. This mouthpiece is thus eminently suited to horses that do not tolerate traditionally shaped bits due to the pressure on the tongue and react by head-shaking or similar. The Pelham- a classic bit, now in a more elegant and enhanced design. When the reins are applied, the bit acts on the mouth, lower jaw and poll. Depending on lever length of the shanks (5 cm or 7.5 cm), a varying strength and direct bit angulation in the mouth is achievable. Potential use on horses that have difficulties coming through at the poll, "hot" horses, or on horses that need significant input in critical situations (such as jump offs or similar). The Pelham is supplied with curb hooks.Shipping Notes

10 year old reluctant reader LOVES THIS BOOK!!!!
Format: Paperback
I'm constantly trying to find books to tempt my 10yr old reluctant reader. He LOVES this book!! He has been reading it outloud to our dogs, and at several points I could hear him absolutely cracking up. The artwork is fantastic, the plot is hilarious. Honestly I'm enjoying it as much as my son (and the dogs!). Yesterday he had a friend over.... and instead of making a beeline for the xbox as usual.... my son said, "let me show you my new book" and proceeds to read a particularly funny portion outloud. Both boys laughing. Truly, 5 stars. (PS author, please say you've already started the second installment??)

Amusing cartoons
Format: Paperback
So two cats create a mechanical dog suit to fight crime and, in the end, save the planet. Mostly fun times, although there are some stretches of credulity in the overall story. Generally fun, however.

Crazy! I didn't expect that the super hero dog was actually two cats! It was a fun surprise to find that out and learn their history! I would recommend this book for readers who like aliens,cats,dogs,mystery...(squirrels,explosions,and even blobs.)

Great for reluctant readers
Format: Paperback
My 5th grade reluctant reader said it was very funny, and gave it 5 stars. It would be great for fans of Dogman, as that is his other favorite series.

8 yo’s favorite books!
Format: Paperback
My 8 yo son is reading his for the 6th or 7th time. The only my thing my son didn’t like about this book is that there isn’t a sequel.
He says “I wish I could put a billion stars”
