Schaefer Cat Hawk Wind IndicatorSchaefer Cat Hawk Wind Indicator The Cat Hawk is designed for non spinnaker Catamarans up to 8m. It has been developed to mount onto the front of the Forestay Bridle where it is ideally situated for maximum visibility both upwind and downwind. The Cat Hawk uses the same Vane Arm as the Hawk with all the benefits of Balance, "V" Jewel bearing, weight and UV Protection that it brings. The reference arms can be set for either upwind or downwind angles.

Decent, but be careful of frequent use.

The looks are very nice, functional if left alone once assembled. After that I would leave them alone otherwise you risk the main male portion just coming loose of the housing, sound quality is decent, nothing to write home about, but again, not very durable. If they could fix that 1 thing, these would be very good buy and value, the rest of each plug is hefty and well made.
