NOW Ultra Omega-3 softgels offer 500 EPA and 250 DHA. The natural fish oil concentrate used in this softgel is manufactured under strict quality control standards. It is tested to be free of potentially harmful levels of contaminants (i.e. mercury, heavy metals, PCB’s, dioxins, and other contaminants). Those who experience nausea or reflux from other fish oils should find this enteric coated, odor-controlled softgel easier to tolerate.

Manufacturing Testing and Assurance

Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or sesame ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. Made and quality tested in the USA in NOW’s Natural Products Association (NPA) A-rated, GMP-certified manufacturing facility. NOW conducts approximately 19,000 quality control tests per month in their in-house labs to ensure their products are safe and effective. In taking more positive steps on their journey to reduce the company's environmental impact, NOW is starting the transition of their supplement bottles to 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) resin in 2023. Replacing the NOW standard PET bottles with PCR resin allows the company to re-use recycled packaging materials and lighten NOW's footprint on the earth.
