Klipsch Flexus SUB 100 Compact Wireless 10" Subwoofer at Vinyl Sound Toronto Canada

The Flexus SUB 100 is a compact wireless subwoofer from Klipsch (Indianapolis, USA), available at Vinyl Sound in Toronto, Canada. Built around a high-excursion 10" paper cone woofer and powered by Klipsch Transport wireless technology developed in partnership with sister company Onkyo, the SUB 100 delivers powerful, low-latency bass in a footprint engineered to fit virtually any room or listening space. Designed as part of the Klipsch Flexus ecosystem, the SUB 100 passes over 1,000 rigorous performance and interconnectivity tests verified by Onkyo engineers, and is built to scale with a second SUB 100 for smoother, deeper bass coverage across larger spaces.

High-Excursion 10" Woofer: Big Bass in a Compact Footprint

The SUB 100 is engineered around the principle that powerful bass does not require a large enclosure. The high-excursion paper cone woofer moves significantly more air per cycle than conventional drivers of the same size, producing bass with genuine depth and weight without the low latency compromises and loss of musicality that often accompany larger subwoofer designs. Careful Klipsch engineering optimizes the enclosure geometry and driver loading to extract maximum output from the compact chassis, making the SUB 100 equally at home in a dedicated listening room, a living room home theater setup, or a modern apartment where floor space is limited.

Klipsch Transport Technology: Low-Latency Wireless Connectivity

Every Flexus product, including the SUB 100, incorporates Klipsch Transport wireless technology, a proprietary connectivity system designed to keep the entire Flexus ecosystem operating with fast, reliable, low-latency communication between components. Setup is straightforward, the wireless link maintains a stable connection under real-world home conditions, and the system is designed to integrate cleanly with the full Flexus product family. The result is a subwoofer that sounds and behaves as a tightly integrated part of the system rather than an add-on peripheral, with the timing accuracy that music and film soundtracks demand.

Two Subwoofers Are Better Than One

A single subwoofer placed in any room will produce peaks and nulls at specific frequencies depending on the room's dimensions and the subwoofer's position relative to the listening seat. Adding a second identical SUB 100 distributes bass energy more evenly across the room, smoothing out these acoustic irregularities and producing a more consistent, enveloping low-frequency experience from every seat. The Flexus SUB 100 is specifically designed to be paired with a second unit as a listening space or home theater grows, making it a practical long-term investment rather than a single-point solution.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Klipsch Flexus SUB 100?

The Klipsch Flexus SUB 100 is a compact wireless subwoofer from Klipsch of Indianapolis, USA, featuring a high-excursion 10" paper cone woofer, Klipsch Transport low-latency wireless technology, and Onkyo-verified performance across more than 1,000 tests. It is designed as part of the Klipsch Flexus ecosystem and is available in Canada through authorized dealers including Vinyl Sound in Toronto.

How does the Klipsch Flexus SUB 100 compare to the SVS SB-1000 Pro and REL T/5x?

The Klipsch Flexus SUB 100 occupies a different design philosophy than the SVS SB-1000 Pro and REL T/5x. The SVS SB-1000 Pro is a sealed box subwoofer with a DSP-controlled amplifier optimized for tight, accurate bass extension in two-channel and home theater systems, while the REL T/5x is a ported design focused on musical integration with stereo loudspeakers. The SUB 100 differentiates itself with built-in Klipsch Transport wireless technology for seamless Flexus ecosystem integration, a compact footprint optimized for modern living spaces, and native dual-subwoofer scalability within the Flexus system, making it the most practical choice for listeners already invested in the Klipsch Flexus platform.

Can I use two Klipsch Flexus SUB 100 subwoofers together?

Yes, the Klipsch Flexus SUB 100 is specifically designed to be used in a dual-subwoofer configuration. Running two identical SUB 100 units distributes bass energy more evenly throughout the room, reducing the peaks and nulls that a single subwoofer creates due to room acoustics. The result is more consistent, enveloping bass reproduction from every listening position, and the Flexus ecosystem is built to accommodate this configuration natively.

What is Klipsch Transport technology?

Klipsch Transport is a proprietary wireless connectivity system built into every product in the Klipsch Flexus lineup. It is designed to maintain fast, low-latency communication between Flexus components, ensuring that the subwoofer stays tightly synchronized with the rest of the system during music and film playback. The technology prioritizes setup simplicity, connection stability, and timing accuracy to deliver bass that feels like a natural extension of the main speakers rather than a separately connected peripheral.

Is the Klipsch Flexus SUB 100 suitable for both music and home theater?

Yes, the Klipsch Flexus SUB 100 is engineered to perform well across both music and home theater applications. The high-excursion 10" woofer is tuned to maintain the low latency and musicality that two-channel listening demands, while delivering the depth and impact that film soundtracks require. The compact enclosure makes it practical for rooms where a larger subwoofer would be intrusive, and the Klipsch Transport wireless system keeps it locked to the rest of the Flexus system regardless of source material.

Where can I buy the Klipsch Flexus SUB 100 in Toronto or Canada?

The Klipsch Flexus SUB 100 is available at Vinyl Sound, an authorized Klipsch dealer in Toronto, Canada. Vinyl Sound carries the Klipsch Flexus lineup and can provide expert advice on system configuration, dual subwoofer setup, and integration with the full Flexus ecosystem, along with authorized Canadian warranty support.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.

Slow, sorry but good
Format: Kindle
This was a slow moving book. Lots of character pov chapters, lots of superfluous descriptions and endless courtly appearances stalled this book to start. Once you get into the heart of the story, it takes off. Before you know it the book is done. My favorite character is Reyna. She is so strong. She is true to herself. She gets into a lot of trouble with her headstrong ways but it's entertaining. I have high hopes for Lorcan. He is honorable to a fault. Thane had turned out to be better than I thought but i still don't like him. Eislin is useless. Great plot twists at the end. I'm looking forward too book 2.

Very detailed! Beautiful world building! Strong Heroine!
Format: Kindle
Starts off a little slow and confusing with different POV’s, but starts to all come together towards the middle to make an elaborate plot line and makes it all worth it. Beautiful world building and attention to detail as well as great writing. The cliffhanger was gut wrenching! Can’t wait for the next book!

Interesting
Format: Kindle
This was a very captivating book once you got into it thoroughly. But the third person perspective was a bit hard to get used to. But as you got into it and followed the different characters, it was interesting and filled with intrigue, conflict and forbidden love. I can’t wait to read the next one and to complete the series.
