PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

What makes this product different?
The UHP2299 differentiates itself through its sculptural configuration, blending geometric forms like cylinders, trapezoids, and radial alignments to create a striking architectural presence. Unlike many chandeliers that rely on uniform silhouettes, its etched frosted glass cylinders with contrasting trim accents feel refined yet contemporary. The brushed bronze finish adds warmth and depth, while concealed clasping details reveal thoughtful craftsmanship. Compared to other indoor chandeliers, its illumination feels layered and tantalizing—even before the lights are switched on.

Why is this product worth the price?
The UHP2299 Madison chandelier, with its etched glass cylinders and contrasting ring trim accents, offers exceptional value. Its contemporary design elevates any décor, creating a captivating illumination experience. Crafted from steel with a brushed bronze finish, this fixture embodies quality and durability. Reviews mention exceeding expectations for the price and highlight the on-time delivery and excellent customer service provided by Urban Ambiance. This investment piece promises lasting style and enduring value for your home.

What value does this product offer over similar options?
The UHP2299 transcends ordinary chandeliers through its architectural trapezoidal form, where etched glass cylinders dance along steel edges with brushed bronze trim accents that catch and warm the light. COLLECTION DESCRIPTION:

The Madison collection instantly achieves a contemporary look indoors without saying much. The design takes on different configurations including linear, ring-like, and trapezoidal alignments to suit versatile decors.Along the periphery of each alignment, etched white glass cylinders attach to the edges through a concealed clasping detail. Each etched cylinder neatly showcases a contrasting ring trim accent that stretches long enough to influence visual interest. To underscore posh distinction, the trim accents sufficiently complement the suspension framework. The coordinating pattern of the cylinder placement creates a tantalizing illumination experience long before the switch goes on.Available in Polished Chrome and Brushed Bronze as chandeliers, ceiling lights, and bath lights.

Started w/ audiobook, now I'm ordering the print too
Format: Paperback
This book is GREAT!! The integration of theory she uses to support her claims is masterful. I began listening to the audiobook, because it was cheaper & I go through a ton of counseling & psych books. I am a grad student in social work, and I'm also a therapy client trying to heal myself. I appreciate that this book targets "chronic shame" which as a central experience to a bunch of issues. The hundreds of books and articles I've researched seem like they were mostly ALL working back to this issue. In a psychology culture that is big on cognitive and chemical solutions to mental health, the relational approach that she emphasizes is critical to the healing process. I appreciate the research she uses from object relations, affect regulation, interpersonal, etc. I purchased the hard copy because 1. I can't underline/highlight an audiobook and 2. I want a copy of the references of theorists and study's that she draws from, because they are pure gold. All therapists need to understand the contents of this book! Unless you are perfectly fine offering band aid solutions. Clients and self-helpers beware. It's not triggering in terms of content, it is activating in the sense that she describes the felt experience of shame SO WELL. I could locate my own felt sense of shame which is, by default, unpleasant. Some stabilization and a decent therapeutic connection is probably necessary before cracking this book open. But that's why I love it. I needed to go deeper and get the core issues. And this book is like a map that guides you right to it.

One of the best books on shame out there
Format: Paperback
As a shame researcher and educator, I often refer to DeYoung's book because it is so full of resources and relational tools for clinicians and individuals relating to the neurobiology of shame. It is a very small book with A LOT of information. Many references to the shame research and suggestions for treating shame in clinical practice from a perspective of right brain relationship dynamics. Thank you Patricia!

Highly recommend.
Format: Paperback
One of the most helpful, lucid, and comprehensive books on shame I've encountered. This was required reading for graduate school and is now one of my most returned to, dog-eared, and referenced books. Can't recommend enough.
