This 9k gold Victorian watch chain consists of trombone links connected by sections of three oval links in a beautiful alternating pattern. The chain comes with a removable T-bar that’s clipped into the dog clip and spring ring, making this a very desirable piece with all the bells and whistles of a perfect watch chain. The T-bar can be worn in front, or taken off to highlight one of your charms instead, which can be clipped into the dog clip. The links are a nice size—while the chain is hefty at 30+ grams, the trombone links are not overly large and look balanced on the neck. The chain has a beautiful patina with a slightly rosy hue to it.

The chain measures 17”. The trombone links measure 3/4”. The chain weighs 30.7 grams. Each link is marked as 9k. The T-bar and dog clip both contain the maker’s mark E.C.  Circa 1900.

In very good condition, however the spring ring must be manually shut due to the age of the piece.
