Our Ooni Pro logs are 100% kiln dried beech, around 15% moisture so they light easily and burn super efficiently. They're 20cm long and 3-6cm thick - just one on a bed of hot lumpwood charcoal will give you a rolling flame for at least 10 minutes, or use them mixed with hardwood kindling if you prefer a purist cook with just wood!
