Advantages of Bondtech CHT™ Technology
The Bondtech CHT™ nozzles split the filament into 3 thinner strands, allowing the material to melt faster from the inside. This enables higher flow rates.
Patented Technology: Core Heating
Registration number: EP3445568A1. These nozzles for 3D printers are made of metal and have at least one or more holes to enlarge the heating wall surface.
Advantages of the Nickel Coating
A nickel coating is applied to our coated brass nozzles to provide protection against corrosion, erosion, and abrasion. Nickel-coated nozzles have higher corrosion resistance and a lower coefficient of friction, enabling smoother material feeding and delaying plastic adhesion on the nozzle surface.

- These deposits can cause blockages.
- We recommend changing the nozzles when switching materials.
