Les Chevalières im kühleren Norden von Meursault bringt 2023 einen Chardonnay von großer Spannung hervor: Zitrus, Haselnuss, weiße Blüten und die kalkige Salzigkeit, die Meursault-Liebhaber suchen. Hier in der Magnum — dem Format, in dem weißes Burgund am langsamsten und schönsten reift: Wer einen Keller hat, wird in einigen Jahren reich belohnt.
