Color: axe head - painted in black and covered by bronze patina, handle - brown, partially burnt (aged), nicely carved handle.

The main symbol of the axe head is Kolovrat (spinning wheel) placed on both side of the axe head.
Kolovrat is an Early Slavic pagan symbol of the Sun. It was engraved on wooden monuments built near the final resting places of fallen Slavs to represent eternal life. The symbol can also be found on embroidery and pottery in most Slavic countries.

SPECIAL CONDITION:
The axe blade is blunt/dull. This axe is only for decoration purposes (for display).

There might be some minor unevenness in the axe head since it is a hand work. It is not for real use, it is only a decor axe. I can make two hooks to hang the axe on the wall (no additional money for two nice hooks - just let me know if you need them).
