By smoothing the interface between the flange/primary tubes, using smooth-radius, large-diameter bends, and implementing a collector with equal inputs from each primary, we have created a smoother exhaust flow path from the factory 3.6L headers (which do not have a true 3-1 merge collector) and a greater volume for 3.8L S model engines. This will increase exhaust flow and optimize your Porsche exhaust system without any drawbacks to sound quality, emissions, or check engine lights.
